This is the second time I've used Appliance 911 and I have received great service both times. The technician diagnosed the problem with my Whirlpool refrigerator and fixed it right the first time. He explained the situation to me fully and made sure I understood the problem and what was needed to fix it, which I appreciated. I highly recommend Appliance 911. Diego installed a new furnace in our home and did a great job. He explained what he did and why. Everything was cleaned up nicely after the install. April followed up by phone and text when our home warranty assigned the ticket. She followed up on my question about the installation day. I will ask my home warranty company to send Appliance 911 the next time I need a repair.

Had a great experience with Appliance 911. Justin came out on a Sunday to give me an estimate, and unlike some of the other companies I talked to, there were zero high-pressure sales tactics. Just honest info and no pushiness.
On install day, Justin told me they didn’t have the RunTru coil I was originally quoted, so he upgraded me to a Trane coil at no extra cost. That really showed his integrity — he easily could’ve charged me more but didn’t.
Diego was awesome too — super friendly and easy to talk to while they got everything installed.
Overall, really happy with how everything went and would definitely recommend them.
