AIR CONDITIONER:
Tighten and check all electrical connections, to be sure your system is safe.
Lubricate necessary parts (rubbing of moving parts can cause malfunction and excess wear).
Clean the condensate drain line (to eliminate clogs and mold)
Examine all system controls to verify that your system is starting, running and shutting down correctly.
FURNACE:
Test and clean your furnace's gas burners.
Examine heat exchanger for any cracks(which can result in dangerous carbon monoxide leaks or a fire).
Monitor airflow and blower operation to be sure your furnace is operating correctly.
Check the gas valve to be sure the right fuel supply pressure is being sent to the furnace.
Examine all electrical-powered parts for damage or corrosion.
If you have an older furnace, we will also check your pilot light!
