Barett in Mission Hills: Friendly and prompt service. Justin, the repair tech, was professional and worked quickly to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately after replacing the parts there was a third issue that could not be fixed without ordering an expensive part. Justin was honest about the problem and rather than ordering it and charging me unnecessarily, he actually refunded the payment for the other parts. It’s really nice to see there are still honest and professional repair techs out there! I will never call anyone but Appliance 911 for repairs in the future.
