Every day, as the owner of a service-related business, I deal with many kinds of people. Some are gracious, polite, kind, and respectful. Others are not.
The technicians who come to your residence work extremely hard day in and day out at a job that is not only physically taxing but also mentally exhausting. They are required to diagnose an appliance that has hundreds of parts. Many times, a single problem can be caused by half a dozen different parts.
So when they come to your door, please remember that they are there to serve you...but they are not your servant. Treat them well. Be kind. And thank you for appreciate our appliance repair technicians as much as I do.
A couple of months ago, I was just sitting on my couch, scrolling through my phone, feeling like life was stuck in a loop. Work, home, repeat.
